As we mortgage all our homes at the Retirement Village to the residents, all the Residents will get the legal possession of the property through a mortgage deed. By this you are making a property investment with marketable security. You are free to market your right to abode in the retirement village at the market value to a qualifying purchaser. This ensures that the village is maintained for the benefit of the active retired people who are residents of the villages. The benefits are not ends there and in addition to that you will get 5% tax-free annual interest for your total investment, which is paid monthly. The Property

The land and the cottage that you are going to occupy owned by the operator subject to a mortgaged in favour of your name and you will legally posses the property. The Mortgage will reserve all your right and will entitle all the benefits as lessee of a property which in clued the right to 15 feet roadway, Water and electricity (common or separate) with common or separate meters, legal possession of a 7 perch land and a Self-reliance cottage constructed within that premises.

Eligibility

Eligibility for the entrance is generally restricted to people who have attained 55 years of age or have retired from full-time employment, and their spouses. There is no upper limit for entrance but health condition will be taken in to consideration when we categorizing residents. Those feeble residents will get extra support with extra payments.
