Community service and volunteerism

The concept at the happy valley retirement village is make you socialize and give you a feeling of useful and responsible citizen whom contributing in to the society with your free time and gained wisdom over the years. There fore we have organized various volunteer projects for you to involved on your choice. If you don’t wants to get involved you are free to do so and it’s not compulsory.

Transport

There will be 24 hour transport facilities available. All emergency cases we will provide free transport and in the other events you are entitle to hire the vehicle for nominal rate.

Value appreciation

We are concerned on your investment and we want you to feel comfortable about your investment. Therefore we will pay a 5% additional interest in to your total investment and it will added to your face value annually. Whenever you take the money back you will get your investment including this added value.
