Mr. Lakshan Dias

Mr. Dias is our international partner and a Lawyer by profession. His involvevement in the company relates to international promotion and marketing and directly responsible for the concept development of the Establishment. Mr. Dias with his 16 years experience in the leisure and care giving industry will contribute many new concepts to the Happy Valley Retirement Village.

He served as General Secretary for three Sri Lankan YMCA's branches and voluntarily served in many NGOs where peoples participation is valued and accepted. He is well-reputed and respected leader within the Sri Lankan NGO community. He is also a consultant for various NGOs in the field of Community Development, Leadership and Youth development within Sri Lanka as well as internationally. At present he also serve as a leading partner of a law firm.

Ms. G. S. S. L. Dias

Ms.Dias is the leading partner of this establishment and she is presently working for highly reputed INGO in Sri Lanka. She has proven ability in the area of care-giving and hospitality through her previous experiences in the agencies such as World Vision, Care International and British Red cross. She possesses a higher diploma from NIBM on service Management. She is an expert in the area of Children Development and served in the community in various parts of the country. Through her vast experience and involvement she has sound knowledge on the needs of individuals and especially in relation to the care giving. Her involvement with the YWCA and other voluntary organizations gave her a huge capacity in this field. Ms. Dias has active experience of 12 years in the field of management and the care giving field.
